If you have had a delay in your Food Stamps application please send in the fair hearing request form below and you should receive a decision within 1-2 weeks. If you haven’t received a decision within two weeks after sending in your fair hearing request form, you may call Colleen Pawling with Alaska Legal Services at 907-442-7824. Colleen may also be able to assist if you have been denied or have any additional problems with applying for Food Stamps.
